Here are a few more of my projects from my photo editing class. It was really a lot of fun and I learned some great new techniques (which is why my blogging has been so delinquent!).

Patience
"Knowledge and understanding come at the price of patience. "
Dieter F. Uchtdorf
Keep on Trying
“Try and keep on trying until that which seems difficult becomes possible and that which seems only possible becomes habit and a real part of you.”
-Dieter F. Uchtdorf
Climb a mountain
"As if we were climbing a tree-covered mountain, at times we don't see our progress until we get closer to the top and look back from the high ridges."
-Neil L Andersen
What we love
What we love determines what we seek. What we seek determines what we think and do. What we think and do determines who we are and who we will become.
-Dieter F. Uchtdorf
Life
"Our lives are made in these small hours, these little wonders, these twists and turns of fate. Time falls away, but these small hours, these small hours, they remain."
-Rob Thomas, Little Wonders
Faith
"Faith is a gift from God, and one possessed of it can receive enormous spiritual power. There is a quality of faith which develops as we focus all of our heart, might, mind, and strength. It can be seen in the lives of individuals young and old, in every land and culture, speaking every language, in every circumstance and station in life. It is the “eye of faith” spoken of by the prophet Alma (see Alma 5:15–26)—the ability to focus and be steadfast, continually holding fast to true principles, nothing wavering, even when the mist of darkness confronting us is exceedingly great. This quality of faith is exceedingly powerful."

Do Something
"There is no tomorrow to remember if we don't do something today. Find joy in the journey-now."
-Thomas S. Monson
-Thomas S. Monson
The Miracle of Unity
"God has promised [the miracle of unity] to His faithful saints whatever their differences in background and whatever conflict rages around them. We know from experience that joy comes when we are blessed with unity."

Why I share my stories with you
Kenneth Tang said, "We write because we're human. And we have stories to tell. Stories of love, of romance, of heroic struggles. We write because deep within us we must tell our stories, lest they (and the memory of "us") be lost to the winds of time. We write because we want to leave a legacy, a memory, in order that others may know that we had passed this way, and that we had lived. Thus we write as a witness to our lives -- for ourselves and for posterity."
Come, Follow me
"Occasionally discouragement may darken our pathway; frustration may be a constant companion. In our ears there may sound the sophistry of Satan as he whispers, 'You cannot save the world; your small efforts are meaningless. You haven't time to be concerned for others.' Trusting in the Lord, let us turn our heads from such falsehoods and make certain our feet are firmly planted in the path of service and our hearts and souls dedicated to follow the example of the Lord."

Become Something
"In contrast to the institutions of the world, which teach us to know something, the gospel of Jesus Christ challenges us to become something."
-Dallin H. Oaks
-Dallin H. Oaks
"Knowing God does not solve life's problems but gives purpose and strength to master them."
Tolerance
"Tolerance obviously requires a non-contentious manner of relating toward one another’s differences. But tolerance does not require abandoning one’s standards or one’s opinions on political or public policy choices. Tolerance is a way of reacting to diversity, not a command to insulate it from examination."
